Our Practice run a Travel Clinic for travel advice and vaccinations and are an approved Yellow Fever vaccination centre. You will need to complete a travel risk assessment form. Please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment time to complete form in the Surgery. Please be aware we cannot guarantee you will be seen if you have not completed a form prior to seeing the Nurse.
We advise you arrange your immunisations 6 to 8 weeks before travel. Some vaccines require more than one dose to complete the course or 4 to 6 weeks to be effective. Travel immunisations are chargeable. Please confirm charges at the time of booking your appointment. Please note we do not accept credit or debit card. We will accept cash or cheques backed up by a bank card.
