For video consultation you do not require a webcam and headset - you can securely use your smartphone for consultation. To initiate a video call, practice will send you an SMS with a link for the call.

Collection Documents

If you are due to collect documents (e.g. letters, leaflets, sick or fit notes) please phone us on 02085901169  and practice will send you document electronically. You will receive a link in the SMS message, and have to provide your DOB to access the document.
