Later on this year, Care Navigation will be delivered by our Receptionists for our patients. Our receptionists will have to ask you more about your illness or condition and then will navigate the patient to the best service. Seeing a Doctor is not always the best answer. Please do not be offended if the receptionists ask about your health - they are only doing their job. Please be patient at this time, and help us give you a better service.
